As Horváth Engineers, we deal with all topics in the area of production, from production strategies, relocation and optimization; through lean operations, quality and supply management; to audits and support with certification. CONSULT ING comprises a team of consultants that embodies international experience, operational strength, pragmatism, a hands-on approach, and many years of line management experience under the umbrella of Horváth & Partners international independent management consultancy, which has over 900 highly qualified employees.
Managing Directors Burkhard Dietel, Christian Daxböck and Rainer Bauer each have more than 20 years of international experience in industry and consultancy, across both strategic and operational levels.
